Web alias

An indirect change in DNS, web alias forwards the user to a specified URL The HTML frameset has the effect of leaving your domain name in the user's browser address bar, even though the actual website is on a foreign server.

An indirect change in DNS, web forward forwards the user to a specified URL.

 

As opposed to web alias, the address (URL) the user has been forwarded to will be visible in the user’s browser address bar.
